The teaching fraternity is entrusted with the solemn responsibility of awakening the consciousness and channelizing the energy of juvenile souls to facilitate the further progress of humankind and bring about a favorable change in futurity. Attuned to this spirit it has been my endeavor as an institutional representative to motivate the female students of Mahila College, the sole higher educational institution for women in Khagaria, to strive towards excellence in whichever field they choose to pursue their vocation in life.My motive as an academician as well as an administrator is to instill confidence, courage and consistency in aspiring girls to help them realize the context, significance and need of women empowerment. I firmly believe that in a very near future most of them will emerge as prominent voices in various professions and contribute to a better society.
